Pharmawallah ("we", "our", "us") provides an educational platform for pharmacy students, including pharmaceutical calculators, calculation guides, course lessons, spotting slides, lab simulations, an AI study guide, a drug encyclopedia, a community forum and a clinical reference desk. These Terms govern your use of our website at pharmawallah.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is intended for educational and informational purposes only. You may use the Site only if you are at least 13 years of age and are not barred from using it under applicable law.

Account Registration

The calculators, guides and lessons can be used without an account. Some features — the progress dashboard and posting in the community — need a free account. Registering for an event such as Battle Royale uses its own form and needs no account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. To have your account deleted, email us from the address you signed up with.

Community Posts

You keep ownership of what you post in the community, and you give us permission to display it on the Site. Do not post content you have no right to share (for example, scanned pages of copyrighted textbooks), personal information about patients, or anything abusive. We may remove posts that break these Terms or our community guidelines, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious breaches. Use the Report option on any post or comment to tell us about a problem.

Events and Leaderboards

If you take part in an event, your first name, rank and score may be shown on its public leaderboard. You can hide your name from the result page.

Permitted Use

• Access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Use calculators and tools for academic work and study
• Interact with the AI guide for learning support

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of Pharmawallah or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any Site content
• Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access the Site without our express written permission
• Frame or mirror any part of the Site without prior written authorization

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Site or servers
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems
• Transmits any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other destructive items

The Site may include links to third-party websites and services, and may show advertisements served by Google AdSense (ad units are switched off at present; see the privacy policy for cookies and consent). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

AI Guide Tool

Our AI guide may utilize third-party machine learning infrastructure. These providers process query data in accordance with their own terms. By using the AI tool, you consent to the transmission of your queries to such third-party services for the purpose of generating responses.

The educational content, calculators, and AI guide are intended for learning and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.

Calculators Are Educational, Not Patient-Specific

Our calculators reproduce the standard textbook and practical-manual methods so that students can check their working. They do not know a real patient's full clinical picture, and they are prepared by the PharmaWallah student team — verify results with your textbook or instructor. Do not use a result to choose, prepare or give a dose for a real patient: use your institution's approved references and the judgement of a qualified professional.

Errors and Corrections

The Site is written and checked by pharmacy students, so mistakes can get through. If you find one, please report it — we read every report and correct confirmed errors on the page. Our editorial policy explains how content is written and checked. A page names an author or reviewer only when a real person has written or reviewed it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmawallah and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to access the Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pharmawallah and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
